Session Length

Sessions include 1-2 hours of photography time. Usually, it ends up being 1-1.5 hours.

Session Location

Currently, we only offer outdoor sessions, which can be located in Memphis, TN or within 30 miles of Collierville, TN. Sessions located outside of that radius may be subject to an additional travel fee. We will be offering indoor studio sessions starting in 2019!

We have just relocated to the Memphis area this year and our indoor studio will not be ready until 2019! Our studio will be located right outside Collierville, TN. We are upgrading our studio with the latest and greatest equipment, props and backdrops (the same used by national award winning photographers)!

Session Types and Pricing

See the pricing page on this website for information regarding session types and fees.

Note: Standard Sessions are only for ages 3 months+, but we will be offering Newborn Sessions starting in 2019. Sibling Sessions and Family Sessions can include newborns, but newborns must be held by an older sibling or parent(s) who will also be photographed.

Number of Edited Images You Will See From Your Session

A session includes digital editing of 20 images displayed in an online gallery. We believe in quality over quantity!

When you will see the Images from Your Session

You will be able to view your gallery 10-15 business days (2-3 weeks) after your session. We spend about 2-3 hours editing each image, which is why it takes so long. But, we deliver very high-quality images!

Included in the Session Fee

Your session fee includes 20 high-resolution digital images with a print release downloaded through our website.

Prints and Other Products

We offer prints, canvases, cards, announcements, and ornaments for an additional purchase that can be ordered through your gallery. Your prints will look best if ordered through us. We utilize a professional print lab. Our prints preserve color detail and prints 8×10 and larger are mounted on a thin board to prevent warping and curling of edges over time (board mounting is VERY important for larger prints). If prints are ordered elsewhere, the colors may vary and larger prints will probably not be mounted on a board. See the products page on our website for more info.

What if the weather is not favorable for an Outdoor Session?

I have no problem shooting in overcast/grey skies. It’s actually great for portraits! However, if it rains or if there are very high winds, we will reschedule your session.

What to Wear

Families should coordinate their clothes. I recommend choosing 3 colors, and each family member wears those colors a little differently. Layers photograph very well. Try not to wear white because it washes people out in photographs. Accessories always make a picture more interesting! If a child has a favorite toy or book that you want in the pictures, please feel free to bring it! Also, click the gold pinterest button in the very top corner of this website to get an idea of what to wear and where to shop!

Avoid: large/wild prints, cartoon characters, large logos.
